S h i p p i n g

All pieces are made-to-order and will ship within 7-10 business days (although often sooner).

I ship domestic orders through USPS 3-Day First Class Mail for a flat rate of $3.50, which includes a tracking number. If you’d also like to insure your package, you have the option to pick USPS 2-Day Priority Mail for a flat rate of $8.00.

Janna Louise Design is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and therefore cannot be held accountable for orders shipped via USPS once it leaves our studio - that being said, we have yet to have a problem with USPS. For questions about shipping please email us at janna@jannalouisedesign.com. We are happy to accommodate international and next day shipping needs per request.

If there is a problem with your order, please contact me! I will happily work with you to resolve any issues.

Custom items: Jewelry designed to your specifications, whether it be design, size, or stamping (i.e. date, name, word), cannot be returned or exchanged.

For all non-custom items: If within 15 business days of your purchase you are not fully satisfied with your item, I am happy to exchange it for store credit. You must contact me within 15 days of delivery and return item within 20 days of delivery. All items must be unworn and in its original packaging.

Please note that items with stones cannot be resized, so please ensure you have the correct size before you order.

If you’re ordering a ring, I highly recommend purchasing this at home ring sizer to ensure a proper fit.

Email janna@jannalouisedesign.com if you want to return/exchange your item. I will then authorize the return and keep an eye out for your package.

Janna Louise Design is not responsible for the shipping costs associated with returned or exchanged items. Janna Louise Design is also not responsible for lost packages containing returns - be sure to use a mailing method that is able to be tracked and insured.

Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of our products repairs are accepted on a individual basis. Most repairs are easy if there are no stones involved. Items with stones can require multiple steps and is similar to making a whole new piece. Because of this, some of our repairs have a minimum repair fee. Please email me at janna@jannalouisedesign.com with any questions.
